It will be within 24-48 hours after payment has been sent. This info it will be sent to your paypal address.

How do I login to the site after I subscribe?

Within 24-48 hours you will receive an email to create a password with the username being your email address from your PayPal account.

How do I enter the private discord room?

Within 24-48 hours you will receive an email with the login details so you can create your username for the chatroom. This info will be sent to your PayPal email address. You will also have to be personally added to the discord server since it is private so please allow time for processing.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel your subscription thru PayPal.

1. Click "Login" at the top of the page and log in to your account

2. Access your settings by clicking the wheel at the top next to "Log Out" in the upper right corner

3. Click "Payments"

4. Click "Manage Automatic Payments"

5. Select the subscription you would like to cancel from the list on the left side of the page

6. Select "Cancel" at the top of the subscription information

7. Confirm the cancellation by selecting "Cancel Automatic Payments"

If you would like to cancel please do so as close as to your next billing date as you can because you will be immediately removed once you cancel.

We get tons of emails everyday, so please do not email us to cancel your subscription, because we will not reply. It is your responsibility to do so before your next payment to not get billed. Thank you. 😊

How soon does Payd reply to emails?

We get tons of emails everyday each and everyday while Payd is constantly looking for the best opportunities and continuously scanning, studying and teaching the markets 7am-4pm Monday-Friday.
We always check emails over the weekend so expect a reply within 2-5 business days.
